Putting machine learning into production is more complex than simply creating ML models and delivering them as prediction APIs. However, in our quest to establish continuous development and delivery (CI/CD) of data and ML intensive apps, we frequently need to combine numerous technologies to make AI deployment simpler, more efficient, and scalable, as well as to account for a growing number of use cases of increasing complexity. This is a challenging, time-consuming, and labour-intensive task.
