The personalized customer engagement is generated on the basis of a Neobank’s customer’s location, transaction type, product/service usage, value, point of sale, channel interactions, service issues, and loyalty. To attain this, Teliolabs implemented several campaigns and offered management solutions by using the results obtained from the surveys as input.
After rummaging through different models and solutions available, the agile delivery methodology was chosen and is now being used to deliver the solution on time with quality and within budget.
