The personalized customer engagement is generated on the basis of a Neobank’s customer’s location, transaction type, product/service usage, value, point of sale, channel interactions, service issues, and loyalty.

Business Objective

To attain this, Teliolabs implemented several campaigns and offered management solutions by using the results obtained from the surveys as input.
