Network Asset Discovery & Reconciliation to achieve high accuracy of the network inventory system

The client is the 5th largest cable operator in the U.S, serving over 1.3 million customers. They had the challenge of managing the inventory of their large network deployment.
Business Objective
The client has a large heterogeneous network with 13 Vendors and 100+ device types. Their business objective was to have an efficient, automated, and scalable way to achieve 100% accuracy of the network inventory system. They wanted an updated network inventory for better network management and optimized CapEx investments.
