Principal Specialist Power Performance

  • Responsibilities:

    • Analyse and optimise site-specific power strategies based on different customer requirements based on business requirements.
    • Support the operations and maintenance partners by identifying clear techniques and strategies to realise the best possible power provision capability per site.
    • Align technical and commercial models to minimise total cost impact of network management for MAST, including operational and maintenance requirements delivering a profitable business case. Thought leader.

    • Support the MAST preparation for ISO compliance and certification.

  • Must have technical / professional qualifications
    • Grade 12 is essential. 
    • Possessing a 3-year related electrical qualification, such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree, registered as a master electrician with the department of labour.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Take accountability for ensuring the availability of maintenance and capacity upgrade spares as per operational requirements.
    • Implement strategies to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages.
    • Manage related supply chain support requirements for spares, including procurement, transportation, and inventory management. 
    • Collaborate with supply chain teams to streamline processes and ensure timely spares delivery.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Take accountability for 24/7 monitoring of the network infrastructure to identify and address potential issues promptly.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Research and implementing improvements to operational procedures, policies, and network management tools/systems.

As part of the Products Platform team at Teliolabs, you will be responsible for overseeing the product development and deployment of data platform components. You will work with engineering, architect, project management and business teams to plan and execute the product roadmap.
