- Experience in Catalog, Order Management and POS.
- Proficient in Telecom Business Process and Requirement Analysis.
- Expert in guiding Implementation Team and Testing team with Business Scenarios.
- Expertise in CRM systems, Billing systems, Order Management systems and other Telecom BSS Applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills are required.
- Required experience in agile practices using Scrum and Kanban.
- Has the ability to provide High-Level Design inputs by understanding business requirements and to validate requirements mapping to system.
- Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
